Roberta Shindler

Roberta Shindler, president of The Shindler Perspective, Inc. has been actively involved in a number of challenging and interesting projects on behalf of the firm in which her critical thinking skills and perspective have been instrumental.  Together Roberta and Marty have facilitated many Strategy Sessions and other high level meetings, where their team approach has been very beneficial to their clients.

Engagements span the whole range of businesses and industries in which they have worked.  These include companies involved in studio facilities, sophisticated content creation, future thinking distribution technologies, broadcast related tools and techniques, digital storage and rendering systems, camera systems and related cine gear, studio operations, 3D production systems from image capture to conversion and real estate development.

Her previous employment includes roles as a lending officer in several leading commercial banks, including Bank of America, the brokerage industry and executive search.

In addition to Roberta’s direct experience in the consulting practice, her educational credentials are especially impressive with a Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and Master’s Degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
