When we are able to clearly define the scope and deliverables of a project, we offer a fixed fee arrangement.
Some clients prefer to have access to our services on a regular basis, but may not have a clearly definable scope. We determine how much time, on average, over a 3, 6 or 12 month period, they require, and establish a monthly fixed retainer.
When it is not possible to define the scope of work to establish a fixed fee or a monthly retainer, we work on an hourly basis.
Fees can be a sensitive subject.
We urge clients and prospective clients to feel free to discuss their needs with us in a confidential manner, and we will work to establish the best model to fit their requirements and their budgets.
